I told the truth
And I get punished
I try to take a stand
But no one is listening
I try to speak up
Try to be heard
But no one believes me
And I don't know why
I'm scared
I'm unhappy
I feel so alone
I just wanna feel loved, Cared for
To have at least one person
To hold me while I cry
To kiss my forehead
And tell me everything will be alright
I use to have that person
But somehow I don't think he believes me
I guess that is why we split
Went our different ways
I miss him, I love him
But why should that matter
When all else has failed
Why should it matter
If I can't even get him to believe
When all I ever done was be an open book
Told him I loved him
Told him the truth
