O’ Jesus why have you abandoned me?
Years of prayers have gone unanswered
I wished for you to me with me
My fingers cut off, my anxiety wreaks havoc
And you are nowhere in sight.
I served the poor the people like me
Only then I got to see
The difference between them and thee
O’ Jesus why have you abandoned me?
O’ God why have you abandoned me?
