Why Less Time To Paint? Poem by SHIVKUMAR K V

Why Less Time To Paint?

Shuffle of Tarot
Spongy O cozy chair
One imported lazy cigar
Mandated certificate

Margins of page
Dated tonics and tablets
Nearby neighbors
Excelling LED lights

Masters of master pieces
Plastics in house
The found rusted razor
Clear cut yellow sapphire

Magnets in the speakers
Crumpled handmade paper
Forgiven faith
Linoleum in the ship

Myriad dust in air
Rainbows
Old memories
Collage day Irani Masala chai

Glittering Thermacol
Huge Stretched canvas
White glue flow
Rusted old chairs

Half written dairies
A shield in the showcase
Seated Lord Ganesh
Got tonsured this head.

So filled all around mind
Half cut salary and disappeared
Why less time to paint?
And awaiting for one more child.
