Why Should You Feel So Much - Poem by meylen lau
Don't be unhappy,
because of what others've said sarcastically.
Don't be sad and mad uncontrollably,
for being betrayed by others' disloyalty.
Don't be angry,
by others' unpleasent rude behaviour and insincerity.
Why should we feel so much for others' misbehaviour?
Raising the level of adrenalin and blood pressure?
Why should we punish ourselves with others' arrogance?
Harming the healthy bodies and causing imbalance?
