Why The Fly? Poem by Marcus McKinley

Why The Fly?

Do the answers lie?
In the random flight of a fly
Spelling out the hidden,
truths of life forbidden
Only known by instinct
Carelessly swatted by no mistake
Never heeding, the messenger of fate
Is it too late?
Have we already deleted,
half the text?
To the truth of what is next...
