Why was he overweight?
1. He is lonely... and
food gives him temporary
comfort
2. He is tired... and sweets
give him jump start energy
3. He has insomnia..
being full helps him to
sleep
4. He is upset.. alkaline
foods soak up the acid in his
stomach
