Will I Be Ok? Poem by Kyle Hinton

Will I Be Ok?

Tonight I've had no sleep,
Feeling dull and weak

Scared that I'm dying,
Whilst everyone thinks I'm lying

Panic attacks are glum,
Of course they are no fun

I want answers - want them now,
I don't want to cry and frown

Please don't mock, skit or laugh
I've just had enough of that.

Alarms, bangs - they don't scare me,
Now it just the silly things that I want to flee

So will I be ok?
No one knows,
Now you know about my anxiety,
And just how much it shows.

This is about my anxiety disorder and how I spend every single night.
