Will I Ever Begin To Begin Again?
WILL I EVER BEGIN TO BEGIN AGAIN?
Will I ever begin to begin again?
Or am I old and gone forever?
I cannot pretend
I will ever be young again
But to move to think
To open some new world in mind
Or on the page
Is that still possible?
I write and write
But has it all been done before?
And am I simply an old man already in his grave
With not a new sound in him?
