Will To Stay
cupping my ears with my hands
nya! nya! nya!
i can't hear youuuuu
don't leave, don't leave, don't leave
oh, it worked!
you stayed for another shot
at everlasting catastrophe
with our cats, pills and dope
we managed
to keep the apartment
claw each other till noon
protect ourselves with needy kisses
vowing restraint
it worked and we kept
from loving each other
to death
