Will You? Poem by Tia Gray

Will You?

Rating: 5.0

I wonder if this is a dream.
Will you still be here when I'm awake?
I'm intoxicated by your love-
is this real, or is this fake?

I took one kiss of your lips,
and now I'm high as a kite.
I want to pinch myself, but I'm afraid this will end.
I want to be wrapped in your arms tonight.

Will you stay?
Please say yes.
Stay here with me-
I really want you to, I confess.

Even for one night,
it's a simple thing to do.
I promise I'll be good.
Please stay, will you?
