Will You Marry Me (A Triple Acrostic) Poem by Richy Alzy

Will You Marry Me (A Triple Acrostic)

Will your head rest When my heart offers you pilloW?
Ihuoma, my joy Is painting you with hibachI.
Let the lilies smile Love that we may exceL,
Lying lips testify, eering ears Listen for wedding beLL.

You only I Yearn for night and daY,
Order my flight On your wings I found my egO,
Upon this holy pyramid I Unveil my secrets to yoU.

Make only me the Man in your blissful kingdoM,
Accept with pleasure All I offer my cinderelA.
Reject not I beg thee, Receive my humble offeR,
Redeem our vows, Restore our joys O' heavenly FatheR.
You alone we seek Yonder, our kneels we bow humblY.

Mend this my broken Mind as hard may seeM,
Earnestly I ask will you Ever be my wifE?
