I am moved by this poem. It shows such a gracious attitude toward the world, everything evokes appreciation from the speaker. His poems are ideally fitted to their environment, his inspiration is at one with his natural surroundings. Two things stand out in your evocation of the Poet: first, the astonishing ease by which he draws his inspiration from the spontaneous poetry of the world, nothing escapes his creative grasp; the blending of the individual and the world, as a living being this poet is meshed into natural events - Where does nature end and humanity begin? is the wrong question to ask. To use Wordsworth's wonderful word, the poet and nature are deeply INTERFUSED. It's a beautiful poem, Emmanuel!
