We encounter hard times in life as we struggle in search for peace in time.
Wings of an angel will guide our life through rain or shine.
Obstacles swirl their way into our life from the day we’re born.
Wings of an angel will shield us from the raging storm.

Treasures to life cannot accumulate when in doubt.
Wings of an angel will fly us over a rainbow more times
than we can count.

Broken dreams can destroy our life like shattered glass.
Wings of an angel will protect our heart from pain caused
from our past.
We face life’s challenges with so many countless tears.
Wings of an angel will gently wrap our heart from our fears.

A nightmare can break our spiritual belief.
Wings of an angel will outburst our way back with relief.
As we journey through our future, in search for our place in life.
Wings of an angel will always pave the way to where we’re going.

One day our heart will receive wings of its own to never weep.
Wings of an angel will be sure to carry our soul to the land where all the angels sleep.
