Winter Night Poem by Joshua Decker

Winter Night

Rating: 4.5

Like a cold winter night,
The chill went through them.
All were standing around
But one laid in the center.

Like a cold winter night,
One was still.
The rest unrestful,
As one by one
They said their fairwell.

Like a cold winter night,
He came to visit me.
As He took me away,
I looked back at myself
And wondered if I would wake
On this cold winter night.
