Winter Wind
The winter wind I watch it blow
it is a whisper in the snow
My life long love just passed away
all the trees just stop and sway
the spring will come but she'll be gone
the snow will melt just before dawn
The empty feeling is the night
but I'll be sad by morning's light
The leaves will fall off the trees
and once again the winter breeze
