Winter Without Christmas... Poem by Adrian Wait

Winter Without Christmas...

Why is…
The melody of our lives,
Always touched by winter
Seasons of fractured hopes
And broken dreams
Never far from frost
Forlorn hearts feel the chill
Lonely hearts are the cost
When winter comes…
Howling in.
With vessels small and frail
Fear not the storms or strife
Gods Love shall never fail
As we journey, the seasons of life
Birth, the mirrored image
Loves, unbroken Light
Sleep, a death of darkness
Death, the end of night
Spring, resurrection of hope
Summer, childhood memories
Autumn explodes in colour
Winters solace peace invisible
Arrives, beyond our dreams
Love never fades …
