Wisdom and knowledge go hand in hand,
As we Venture through life unknown,
For when we are born we are empty of thought,
And it isn't until we've grown,
That we fill our minds with faith and doubt,
That depicts our inevitable journey,
Which in hand predicts what our lives are about,
Depending upon our destiny.

Hi Nick, your poem set me thinking and I thank you for that. When we are born, are we really empty of thought. Very interesting question. What is an infants thought, what is a child's thought, what is a teens thought, what is an adults thought and what is a dead thought? Wow poem opens so many doors. Thanks mate.
