You held my hand as we took a stroll,
For as far as the eye could see,
Until we felt the need to rest,
Down by a wise old tree.
It was then you opened up your heart
And unlocked it with a key,
As I put my arms around you,
Beneath the wise old tree.
With a bond that connects us together
And a promise for both you and me.
We will grow with a greater awareness,
Through the strength we receive from the tree.
We will cherish what we have together,
And in death we will both be set free.
From this life we will move to the next one,
With the wisdom procured from the tree.
Our souls will then live on forever,
When we travel through time and through space.
With a knowledge of life everlasting,
Brings new hope for the whole human race.
