Wish You Were The Stars Poem by Damaru Ballav

Wish You Were The Stars

I could behold you
whenever in this obscurity
from behind the bars,
wish you were the stars.

I could listen you
when the world denies.
I could amass
your scattered shines.

I could long for your warmth
whenever in this gloom
from behind the bars,
wish you were the stars.
