Wishful Delusion
Wishful Delusion
I know
We have parted ways;
I know
You won't come back;
But you come in my dream
And let me believe;
As if nothing happened between us;
As if what happened was a bad dream;
As if time has undone its wrong doing;
As if we shall be together as before;
And I wonder;
My dream is a good omen,
Or, a misgiving,
Or, a wishful delusion?
