What can I give you
On your birthday?
Love, I love you,
That's all I’ll say.
Today, life is gloom and sorrow;
May it not bloom tomorrow?
Let's wait for tomorrow,
Let's pray for tomorrow.
Through grief and pain,
Come relief and gain,
After dark, we see the light;
Day breaks the curse of night.
When despair is in air,
And all hope is lost,
Let’s hold together
To strive with little we got.
What, if too long is the night,
What, if no end is in sight;
Let’s not cease our endeavour,
And heavens we shall conquer.
May you see, as they say,
Many returns of the day!
But, leave me not on the way,
Or, in loneliness, I’ll fade away.
I hope she liked it.....A Lovely present one can have which will never fade with time.

Don't be so frugal, Shahid. They say 'Many Happy Returns of the Day'. You may say it that way. Thanks.
