With A Few Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

With A Few

Just once, one must like
Like to wake up in life
Turning on the news-
Getting aware of the facts
So resistible-
The legend...the legacy...
And the lure...
With no patience for
Rap and roll-
Where the heart is active
And mind gets passive.

Treasuring the past-
Past is a storehouse
Storehouse of relics
So, it is but natural-
Some people get to collect
Those pearls and showcase
Showcase them with pride
A great new spirit-
Everyone is catching with a few.
