With Empty Cup - Poem by Ershad Mazumder
With an empty cup I was there
To draw your attention
But you were busy
You were in haste
To meet my enemy.
Before the early dawn
I rose in your sky
Earth was trembling
As if there was a tremor
You came and embraced me
You gave me shelter in your cave.
