with so much
and so many
lies this poverty.

with so much
money
and so many
choices
lies this anxiety

keeping so much
money
lies this guilt
inflamed without
a vent
deep within the
pus of misery
infects your soul
and your body

with so many
choices
you sail in the middle
of the ocean
with a storm in the
offing
and you do not
have a rudder
and from that far
as we stay with the stars
you are
nobody

here we are
without the baggage
light as the wind
in the silent
twinkles of the star...
