Without You Poem by Bri Lynne

Without You

Rating: 0.5

Beyond what is
And what can't see
Between your ears
Emptily
Lies a little girl like me
Washed up from the salt
From the wild sea
Just waiting to find happily
Between you and me

Grown,
As hard as it can be
As thick as it was
Without your feet
Made me what you see
Without a guide
Down bended roads
Through thickets of trees
Over mountains and valleys
As they do meet
To a taste
Of cherries and honey
Justifiiably
I've found it tastes as sweet
Too bad you'll always be
A sure part of what is in me
Sadly
Eternally
Without you inheritantly
I could be free
