Without You Poem by Lukundo Chuni

Without You

Before I met you life was so dissonant
Without order and purpose I was living
Didn't really care much long as I was breathing
Buh you stepped into my life and made everything better
Without you I write this letter
Without you, I feel so meaningless
Without you, my nights are restless
Your love, sweet and priceless
I could never replace my princess
You brightened up my soul
You made my life whole
Deep in your love I fell
Deep in my thoughts I'm at an all time low
Deep in my thoughts yeah she lingers
Wouldn't want to hold anyone else in my fingers
Her body like that of an angel
And a radiance just as bright
Skin beautiful and light
For you my love I will always fight
I miss the warmth of your lips
I miss your waist arms around your hips
I miss my lover she was always for keeps
Without you I cry, my ride or die
I can't stop staring at the sky
Waiting on wishing stars up high
The beautiful stars that never lie
I'll stare at the from noon
Waiting on the embrace of the moon
Hoping to see my lover soon
It's the only thing one could do
Being left here without you
