Wolves Poem by Rose Stern

Wolves

The mystical blue,
The shadowy gray,
The brilliant night,
The bright white moon.
The ethereal howl,
Crying up to the moon,
Through the woods,
The howl of the wolf.
The wolves are vicious,
But incredibly smart,
Wild and free,
Controlled by no one.
Deadly and honest,
Their mysterious howl,
To most, seems terrifying,
To me, seems free.
