"Wondering" - Poem by Luigi D'Alleva

WHAT I'M WONDERING
TODAY
SITTING HERE BY THE WINDOW
WONDERING OF WHAT TO SAY
TO MY LOVE
WHILE SLEEPING ON THE PILLOW
WONDERING OF THE BEAUTIFUL NIGHT
AND THE DOVE ON THE MOON'S CELESTIAL
LIGHT
WONDERING ALL AROUND ME
ALL OF WHAT I'M GOING TO SEE
WONDERING ON THE SEA OF WATER
OF ALL THE PASSING TIMES
WONDERING WHAT WOULD I BE WHEN
I GET OLDER
WONDERING WHILE I OPEN MY EYES
THAT THE WORLD IS FULL OF WONDER
