Wonderland Poem by Fae Sebastian

Wonderland

I dream of diving down the rabbit hole
A sleepy doorknob
And magical cookies and drinks

I dream of walking through an impossible forest
Chasing a white rabbit that’s forever late
And insane twins with quite a sad story to tell

I dream of the Cheshire Cat
Of his disappearing grin
And of trying to match his twisted wit

I dream of the Mad Hatter
The March Hare and his gigantic smile
And of having my Unbirthday Party

I even dream of the Queen of Hearts
Her cruel shouts overriding the King’s meek voice
And of screeching shouts of off with their heads

I dream of the Jabberwocky
Of all things mythical and magical
I simply dream of Wonderland
