Wonders Of Wander Poem by RAJESHWARI SRINIVASAN

Wonders Of Wander

WONDERS OF WANDER

on a steep mountain trek
dash of flower bed
as a welcome halt

sunny afternoon
on a lost by lane
canopy of trees above my head

mighty sea waves
gushing on my barefoot
a star fish gets entangled

tiring train journey
my solemn mood
brightened by a smiling kid

childhood memory
the old temple bell
still resonating...

colored kites
across the sky
moving with clouds
