Words But Mine Poem by Ologunde Joshua Abiodun

Words But Mine

What they want; let them say!
They say what they think
Let them say!
What they say that ill; don't believe it! Look them in the face and say; ...that's not my Script!

They have the liberty to write whatever script about you;
But wait; who gave the right to right to write your Script?
Maybe the falling devil

Hmm!
You also have the right to delete and rewrite your own Script
They say, I wasn't born with a silver-spoon;
They have forgotten; and forever forgotten: that I write my own Script; not with their pen but God's Pen

Your words is what you become not theirs!
I write my Script as God want me to be!
Their script is not my Script

They plan my Script with lackadaisical mind-set; when they're not even part of the struggle to drama my Script
God says; I'm the Head not the tail
Their opinion is theirs; and mine is mine
Ellipse their unwanted script

Tell them its not Your Script!
Don't allow them read Your script; but let them be audience to-watch!
I write my Script to mirrow God's words'
Am gonna be what He wants me to-be!
God the writer; me, the actor.
(big SMILES) .
