Mr. Joshua
We'll sleep at night
And in the morrow;
Another spring day
A stranger was in our land?
Who was He?
Where his He from?
A calm looking negro
We know He was different
We know He was special
He has brought gifts;
But who's He?
Though we get no answers to our questions
But one thing we know:
He changed our lives to live in love.
We're glad He came.
