Words From My Anti-Gay Parents Poem by dark queen

Words From My Anti-Gay Parents

'where are your values? ' They scream
'How dare you stand for something I don’t belive in, '
thats what they are realy asking.
'how can you stand up for a guy who will do another guy?
its not right not moral
thay arent good people
what they do is against gods laws
and how dare you support non violence against them
none of their leaders have been presecuted
of tared or feathered
how dare you stand up for your friends we hate! ! ? ! !
they don't understand
I let them live their life
I try not to judge them.
I know what they've been though
I see it in their eyes.
i know that this is how they want to live
and i wont be the one to make them die

*this is for my friends and family who are gay. im extereamly strait and my parents obviously hate them, but im not my parents. and i accept my friends for what they are
