World War 2 Story Poem by Felix Emeka George

World War 2 Story

In the breaking of the world war
In which I went as I was told
To defend the whole world peace
For you are dead not to fight,
In the frontline,
I Went Yes!
In the green grass and battlefield
With chest laying and crawling and shouting,
We are shooting Not a toy
or water spilling the more
We are pouring and falling in wood,
We are the earth to swallow
and in decayness
Of the white and black-brown in oneness
We stand to each in tear, sorow and blood
We fight we stand each one a panic friend,
Many of us came homes,
some them hometown
Of they gone home
We survived and must evermore live.
