Wrapped Around The Word Of God

Wrapped around the Word of God
My arms hold fast to Him
To the old rugged Cross I cling
There my Victor over sin
And now a bright horizon looms
To a Land that is fairer than day
For because He lives I too shall live
Hallelujah! ...Hallelujah! ...I say....

With gratitude my heart explodes
What treasure in God's Word
My faith has magnified Its worth
What a blessing that I had heard
The Son of God came down for me
To raise me from a grave
Now with one word I too can praise
Hallelujah! ...Hallelujah! ...I say...

Prepare your heart to receive a King
There's room at the Cross for you
Don't let satan keep you down
For Christ came to live in you
Grasp today the truth of it
Praise God Lord Jesus saves
Repent and receive your own Hallelujah
