Wrapped In Kisses Poem by Raimi Babatunde

Wrapped In Kisses

Your love moves my mountain;
Mountain once stagnant
Your love gave me a voice;
Voice once stilled

In the midst of tempest storms
Your love capsized my boat
Into the deep ocean of love
In this ocean, "We die there"

When I plant my lips on your forehead;
I'm saying "I care about you".
But, behind your palm on;
I'm saying "You are adorable"

See, when i threw you an Eskimo kiss
It's because you are my world
You smiled when I placed a peck
It's my way of saying "I love you"

Your sight suppressed the giant in me
Your smile, so infectious it can awaken dead hormones
I allowed shyness take the best of me
So, I decided to scribble it in a poem
My intention; wrapped in kisses

I see you smile as you read this
Whinning your hands and smiling sheepishly
Now that you know, what say you?
Now that my heart, my soul belongs to you
Please say "Yes", that I may live
