Written In The Country Gardens Poem by Fiona Sunny

Written In The Country Gardens

All who are locked in the cement walls may hear,
Those out in the black clouds, please lend your ear -

Open the gates to the country greens -
Where nature's planes fly and the angels lie
With blooms everywhere which never die
Embellishing the world's brightest sheens

Tread your feet on the soft green hair -
Aspiring for garden jewels with envy
Saying ‘goodbye' to all the ennui
To escape from terrible notes to the best lair

Chant your songs of sorrows here -
To wash away tears and drive away jeers
To invite the rustle and chirps of cheers
And you'll find the mirrors of your life clear

Lie in the shadow of the apple trees -
Engulfed by a bed of roses red
Forgotten by the vexations past dread
Dissolving your moments in the heavenly breeze

And you'll find happiness never seen on your way
With lots of fragrances to enrich the day.

nature's planes: birds
garden jewels: flowers
terrible notes: noises
mirrors of your life: eyes
moments: breaths
