Wrong Direction Poem by Silence Dogood

Wrong Direction

With blood shot eyes I cry in shame.
Holding back and hiding the pain.
I dont know what to do, im dieing inside.
Bleeding from cuts and living a lie.

Bullets have peirced my broken heart.
Peice by piece, Im breaking apart.
I cry all day and scream in the night.
Waiting for the day when wrong is right.

***
I follow this darkened path.
Facing the devils wrath.
Im alone on this journey to freedom.
Trying to find the heavenly kingdom.

My bleeding wrists are my trail back home.
My smile fades as I walk this path alone.
I dont know what to do I beilieve in no god.
I'll find the angels and my head I'll nod.

***

Today is my last goodbye, my final night.
The day when wrong becomes right.
I secure the rope around my head.
One final word before im dead.

I kick out the chair and all turns black.
My soul is gone along with the life I had.
My shadow sways back and forth to its hidden beat.
I chose the devils path and came down in defeat.
