Years Too Small Poem by Ashok Panda

Years Too Small

Twenty was I the other day,
Before something blew away,
Fifty nicest years of mine,
None too long to make a day.
Centuries old my love for you,
Eternity was my heaven's view,
Older than this mortal Earth,
Oldest of all was my birth.
Never ending was each Spring,
To time Timeless did they bring,
Journey of mine counts no fifty,
Yet to play that blossoming twenty,
It raced in no time to seventy.
