Gracilityful One

Yesterdays - Poem by Gracilityful One

I came upon a thorn bed of yesterdays
I stood and stared a long while
I searched amongst the dead branches to discover
a beautiful rich crimson flower
I lundged my hand within yesterdays thorns
to pull out the rose of tomorrows hopes and dreams
as I turn to you and offer this as a token of my esteem
we leave the darkness of yesterday for the hopes and dreams of tomorrow...
