Yet I.M Not Poem by Lia Padena

Yet I.M Not

she had left far from where
and she had big, scared eyes
and his eyes found nothing there
to call her again in his arms
he had tried to catch her just to see
what he feels when she seems to like him
how selfish
the circles of her eyes tightened again to each other
after they had suddenly opened
forgive me
a force differentiates the masculine time from the feminine
a force gathers their time in the same clock beat
what anguish and dizziness of energy particles
even the wind fell between the branches of the tree
surprised and confused
only he laughed when she said about her I'm not here
yet
