Yet Pain Clings In Poem by Gilbert Tapales

Yet Pain Clings In

i watch the moon tonight
i saw the pale moon cast it's light
inside my heart memories cling
i didn't realize the pain it brings

I stumble once yet i didn't learn
i'd like to go back to where it all begin
i saw its end yet i wish to change
but pain clings in, but pain clings in

For this pale white moon witnessed my sorrow
i hate to wake up and see my tomorrow
let the time heals me, let the time heals me
hope this burdens leave me and set my heart free
