When your health
Deteriorates day by day
And you fall prey
To virus and bacteria easily,

When diabetes, blood pressure
Asthma, meningitis
And their devil friends
Attack you from all sides,

When your mind is
Filled with fear, anxiety
And nervousness
That leads to hypertension,

When your behaviour
Is dominated by anger, hate
And cruelty
That kills your personality,

When you want to
See the world as a family
And yourself as an eternal soul
My dear, devote yourself to YOGA.
