When I look into your eyes I see so much pain
So much hurt
It just breaks my heart to see it
But I can exactly what your feeling
Although you can't see nor explain it yourself
But I can

I can see how sometimes you feel so alone and deserted
With people standing all around you
Thinking should you trust someone
Or just stay off to yourself
Alone with no one to talk to
Its such a helpless feeling

And everyday walking around with a smile
Trying to hide a million tears
Not wanting to burden anyone
Sometime you find yourself crying
And a lot of times not knowing why
When deep down inside you really do know

You keep trying to runaway from your pain
Knowing that it's impossible to do
Suppressing Your feelings isn't going to help
It's not going to keep them away forever
It's only temporary
It will get better once you just deal with it

Instead of running from it
I know it's painful
But you will have to do it sooner or later
Because if you don't one day you will have a emotional breakdown
And you will never find true happiness
Yes it's going to be difficult
But you can do anything you put your mind to
