You tamed me
You loved me
You cared for me
You made me whole
But now I'm alone
I have tears in my pillow
I wonder why you left
My chest hurts
And cries for you
Why you didn't stay
Why did you say I love you
If you meant goodbye
Now I look back and think I could of treated you better
Like a princess
Like a precious pearl
Like my… true lover
I think about our past
Our hugs
Our kisses
Our love
And it adds more tears to my pillow
I was a fool to let you leave
To let you say goodbye
I miss your smile
Your laugh
Your giggle
Your heart
Your soul
When I first saw you I wanted to lock you away
So no one could see you
Now I realize that it was use less to think these things
That you broke my heart
That I couldn't sleep
Or eat without you
Now I'm dying inside little by little each day
As I wither away I want you to know
I love you with my heart and soul
And no one can take it away
