You Poem by Grace Galeon

You

Rating: 4.3

You who made words into songs
Making melodies to which one longs
You who strum those strings
Euphonious rhythm it brings
You whose eyes glitter and speak
Don't know why but it makes one weak
You who turned grays into sunshines
Rosy cheeks, floating in cloud nine
You whose peculiar laughter
Changes one's day brighter
You who rejoices over coffee
Writes one lovely poetry
You who dances in the rain
Hands lifted to Him who reigns

You whose name need not to mention
Your honest words always get one's attention
You don't believe there's a rainbow always after the rain
But holds in the truth that God will break your chains
You were fond of talking every midnight
But one couldn't get hold of you even in daylight
Yet the wind carries the sound of your whispers
The constellations above forms your figure
You bring tingling sensation of bliss is
Heaven on earth that one misses
That simple crush came to a crash
Hearts in a rush occured in a flash
Even so, 'me too' will always have its meaning
Like your quaint smile ever so appealing
You are the 'you' I'm referring in this piece
And I am that 'one' whose hand you hold and kiss
