You were the king
who captured my heart,
and showed it your kingdom
which was filled with warmth.

You were the sun to my moon
your smile was the light,
that made my eyes shine
just like the moon In dark nights.

You were my favourite chapter
which I never wanted to finish,
but with time
the words also did vanish.

In short, you were a part of me
without whom my heart could not pound,
and I will always be glad
that you were the one it found.
