You - Poem by Ranock Saing

As time passed, I thought of you everyday
My heart has a feeling for you that won't wash away
But this feeling is nothing new
I've liked many others before you
Most of the times, I often spoke of your name
and wish I had your picture in a frame
there are many times, I thought of you in silence
your smile I kept for remembrance
knowing loving you is wrong
But I can't deny heart, for love is too strong
You came unexpectantly into my life
Now i dream of one day being your wife
I stare into space
To dream of your gorgeous face
At times, I'd ask myself the question why
but I get no answer and end up with a sigh
Walking the same footsteps as you fills me with desire
The way you talk fills my heart with warmth of a blazing fire
Just to see you smile
For satisification, I'd walk a thousand miles
But loving you, I risk of feeling the pain and sorrow
and how it hurts even when I close my eyes until tomorrow
Somehow I think I've found Mr. right
You keep me awake throughout the nights
Since we've met, you've been the missing piece to my heart
It hurts me to see you fade away and again we're far apart
Even though we are close, but really we are far from distance
But for now, I'll accept the fact that we are only friends
