You Are A Warrior Poem by Jeffrey Adegor

You Are A Warrior

Rating: 0.5

Close your eye
Take a deep breath
Let the heat turn ice
Let the wind make you stealth

You've been cast down, locked away
Had you tongue cut out, no words to say
You've been imprisoned, cast away
Black hole, black site, no sign of day

Close your eyes
Take a deep breath
Let the heat turn ice
Let the wind make you stealth

Open your eyes
Expel the air
Break the ice
Let's see you here

Punch your way through
Endure the bruises and cuts
Make sure you scale through
Show all the world you guts
