I never thought I'd
have a man
so caring
and loving
and gentle
in my life;
to hold me close
when times are
tough and when
the days are dark
and when the tears
run quickly down
my face - you are there
to wipe them away and
to quickly put that
smile back on my face.
You are my love
my strength
my joy
and my peace.
May this love we share
never grow tired
nor frail.
May I only know the
smile on your face
with all its love
and tenderness,
